It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Adairville. So many exciting things to celebrate. First and foremost is celebration of the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus. It is our sincere wish that all the beauty and celebrations that happen during this season brings us back to the best gift that any of us have ever received that was given to us many years ago.
A big shout out to the guys from ROH, Andrew, Byron and Wayne for making our town so beautiful.
Reminder: Christmas Parade is Saturday evening, Nov. 30th at 6 p.m. beginning at the square and ending there. The route will meander around the streets of the town so be watching out your door if you can’t come to town to be a part. There will be some vendors, and ROH will be open selling fabric and The Grapevine will be open. A perfect opportunity to buy some Christmas presents. Hot chocolate, spiced cider, and teas will be available to purchase. Santa will be in the gazebo following the parade.
Then on the 19, and 20th,the Sadie Nauy Foundation will present “God’s Greatest Gift”, The Christmas Story. This will be presented with skits, music and narration and will culminate with the finale in the pergola as the Living Nativity. This will have live camels, donkeys, goat, sheep and lambs. The presentation will be a moving must see event. Make your plans to be a part of one or both nights. Everyone is asked to bring a nonperishable food item or donate what they will. All proceeds will be given to the local food pantry.
